Celtic Away Days

Few atmospheres anywhere match Celtic Park on a big night, the noise from 60,000 in full voice is something else. We find cheap flights and match tickets for the trip to Glasgow's east end.

Stadium & matchday

Celtic Park — 'Paradise' — in Glasgow's east end holds around 60,000, and on a European night with the Green Brigade in full voice it produces one of the most famous atmospheres in world football. 'You'll Never Walk Alone' before kick-off is spine-tingling. The Old Firm meeting with Rangers is one of the sport's great rivalries.

Getting there & planning

Glasgow is quick and cheap to reach from across the UK and Ireland, by air into Glasgow or Prestwick, or overland by train. The ground is a short trip from the city centre by bus or by train to Dalmarnock. With no language barrier and a famously warm welcome, it's an easy first away day abroad or at home.

The city beyond the football

Glasgow is one of Britain's most sociable cities — Victorian architecture, a brilliant live-music and pub scene, and the museums and galleries strung along the Clyde. Add the shops of Buchanan Street and some of the funniest, friendliest locals anywhere, and matchday feels like a genuine occasion.
